Natasha from Myfika Art Studio is running open painting sessions at East Coast Studios a 2-hour space to paint freely, breathe deeply, and just be.

What happens: There are no themes. No step-by-step instructions. No expectations. Just a canvas, some paint, and permission to explore.

Paint whatever you feel - abstract, landscape, words, colour, chaos, or calm. Or simply sit with a brush and see what unfolds.

This session is about letting go of judgment, quietening the mind, enjoying gentle conversation or comfortable silence, and trusting your creative instincts. It's also a chance to meet like-minded people, share creativity, laugh a little, and enjoy the fun side of making art together.
